DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY TO AVOID A SEVERE HEADACHE. We've been dealing with them for the past 6 months trying to get them to realize that we canceled the insurance. We processed all the paperwork they said they needed. At this point we got new insurance. Thought everything was fine but the very next month we received a bill saying that we still owed a remaining amount. We've been receiving that bill every month in spite of calling, mailing, texting, and emailing the cancellation paperwork over and over again. We even had the... read more
