The nurse's there are really pleasant!
I’ve had nothing but positive experiences at this primary care office. Dr. Kaplan and his colleagues take the time to listen and provide thoughtful care when I have an in-person appointment, and when I need to call with a question, the nurses get right back to me. Capable, compassionate care all around.
I want to say that I had a terrible experience with this Primary Care and Walk-in Clinic in Brunswick, Maine. The woman who answers the phone is awful. The Physicians Assistant was awful, I think his name as Pete. They basically blew me off when I came the other day because I have been experiencing nonstop stomach pain. I cannot retract my stomach, I have many issues regarding it and am in constant discomfort at level that I know is not ok.
