I suffer from severe, chronic migraines. I have been treated for them at this practice for over three years now. Dr. Unia has been my doc until her recent departure. I have since been assigned to a new doc who I will see next week. I cannot say enough good things about this practice. Everyone is friendly, helpful and professional at all times. I need them to do my FMLA paperwork every year for Work. I play phone tag with them. Literally every visit, paperwork, refill, ANYTHING, they won’t answer the phone unless you call the provider line. They manage to just put my paperwork on a shelf and ignore it. 90% of the time if they call me and I run outside to take it and call them right back they don’t answer. What’s the point? I hate going here for my epilepsy. Makes it feel like they don’t care at all.

Two years ago I saw Dr Unia for chronic debilitating headaches which I still have and have gotten worse. She was very cavalier about administering Botox without so much as even examining me. I had to insist she do so at the follow up visit. She prescribed migraine meds and sent me on my way. During both visits she spoke into her transcription device while I was speaking and consequently had my history incorrect. .
