Two years ago I saw Dr Unia for chronic debilitating headaches which I still have and have gotten worse. She was very cavalier about administering Botox without so much as even examining me. I had to insist she do so at the follow up visit. She prescribed migraine meds and sent me on my way. During both visits she spoke into her transcription device while I was speaking and consequently had my history incorrect. . The overall clinic is significantly better than Mainehealth's Scarborough clinic by a long shot. Sometimes I feel ashamed of my communication difficulties with the front end staff, being shortly asked "What exactly are you asking about?" or "uh, what exactly does that mean?" when I'm trying to get it out. The doctors so far has been great. I just feel like I need to write everything down so I don't say the wrong word or phrase to the nurses or receptionist or whatever (I have mild aphasia) and made to feel like I'm wasting t... read more
Do not ever see Dr. Reynolds!! He called me a liar for having the symptoms I have. Save your time and go elsewhere for Neurology care.
