Dismissive physician, careless diagnostics, and no follow-up. From the initial visit, the physician repeatedly interrupted me and showed little interest in accurately understanding my symptoms. Despite clearly describing left-sided pain, imaging was ordered for the right side, and the error was dismissed when I tried to correct it. What you should expect from this practice.... Expect no one to answer the phone. Expect that they keep a pretty light schedule and aren't open when the rest of the medical offices are. Expect your provider to try and sell you a colonoscopy, it's fast money and they don't have to work that hard. Expect to not see the same doctor each time. Expect that the doctor will not be professional enough to familiarize himself with your chart before entering the room so as to have a clue that he's seen you before. Went in today for upper endoscopy and colonoscopy. The nurses and cnas were fantastic. I express to them that I was very anxious about the upper endoscopy and would appreciate the sedation verset before beginning . My heart rate up but not too much and blood pressure was continually going. Up as they prepared me for the procedures I again asked if they would be starting the relaxation meds soon . Once they had all tabs and machines, etc., hooked up, they said they were starting that medicine. I can tell you it was not enough... read more

Had an egd this morning and all the nurses and the anesthesiologist was very nice and thorough. And the nurse, doctor and crna was very kind in the procedure room also.
