I have always had the best care with friendly professional staff.
For years we've gone here, staff has always been friendly, helpful and we have always been able to get in the same day
Very annoying. I don't understand why they allow you to make appointments only to have you waiting in the lobby for over an hour past the time. It just seems very double standard. You don't show up on time for these things and you get told it was given away because you didn't show up on time.. You come 10 minutes early so you can ensure all your paperwork is done and you're checked in by your appointment time.. And then you're still made to wait over an hour in the lobby? It’s supposed to be walk-in care but most of the visits are pre scheduled. You have to make an appointment to be seen without a 3-hour wait. So you might as well just make an appointment with your doctor.
