It’s supposed to be walk-in care but all of the slots are pre scheduled. You have to make an appointment to be seen without a 3-hour wait. So you might as well just make an appointment with your doctor.

It took 3 tries to get an accurate answer of my son having HMF , the dr told us he was unsure what it could be and told us it looks like the rash when my son was sick in April and dismissed us , I told him it was concerning since it’s bright red and blisterey and NOT the same rash not to mention my son has not eaten or hardly drank and told me I need to force fluid’s to my son , not comprehending he’s not drinking any type and tells me well then go the er and get iv fluids . I don’t recommend at all.

Go there on a Monday at 530 ish in the afternoon to be told it would be a 2 hour wait. Mind you they say they close at 7 and had about 20 people in the lobby. I asked how long of a wait and she responded with a couple hours, i responded with for a monday how many staff are in and she replied with 1 nurse was in. and I simply said that's crazy why are you even open? There's 20 people in your lobby that are here to get seen and only 1 nurse!!! Half the people who were here were better off going to the emergency room. This is t... read more

Been going to this urgent care for quite sometime, always had a good experience. However I was diagnosed with a “muscle spasm” in my back at the ER and went to this urgent care get a 2nd Opinion due to the pain and vomiting. Doctor at the urgent care didn’t draw labs and diagnosed me based off of what the ER doctor said the night before.
