Phone staff is very rude - and currently they are not accecpting Autistic patients. Had plenty of appointments for new patients until we mentioned FRAT testing . Do better.
Let me just say that Dr.Petterway is the absolute BEST Pediatrician I have ever come across! She did not rush her visit with either of my children who were both scheduled as new patients on today. Upon introduction she was so warm, caring and friendly! The hug she gave me almost made me cry! And both of my toddlers were so all over the place yet she made me feel like it was so normal! We love Dr. Roberts! He’s so sweet to our babies and is also prior military so gives us great advice for our family. Our kids adore him!
I’ve been going to Mid City since I was a kid and now my baby goes there. Dr. Ritch is the best pediatrician in our area! He truly cares for his patients! He is understanding of concerns and answers all the questions without hesitation. I’m so thankful for Dr. Ritch!
I was referred to Mid City in 2023 by some girls at BAFB. I wish I could rate them higher, I really do, but with the way they treat my son and his case of ADHD/Autism is absolutely insane. Long story short, we started seeing Dr. Ritch when my son was 5. At the time, we only knew of his ADHD. After pushing and pushing, we finally got a referral to NWLA Psychologists and received the diagnosis of Autism. My son is on ADHD medication, but it doesn’t quite cover all the bases.
