ABSOLUTELY OUTSTANDING SERVICE. My 2005 Prius had several dents & a broken side mirror. Sam explained what could be done, also what made no sense to do in terms of economy. This kind of honesty is rare & shows such respect for the customer. I proceeded with what he suggested; the price was more than economical and my car looks wonderful. I am delighted and for good reason. Mid City clearly has customer service and skilled work as their highest priority. Many thanks for the opportunity to give this review.
I’m call this place for service, it’s not recomendable, who answer the phone was so rude and even don’t wait to listen what I want.
Was involved in an accident in 2021 Nov 1st, was 5pm in West Adams and someone hit me and stuck with a disabled vehicle. Had a local tow guy, called this shop if they were still open and they took my car in at 6pm. They helped me and appreciate the staff waiting for me to help me during the the difficult time. Would definitely recommend for service and honest transparency. Highly recommended.
