I have nothing but good things to say about the staff; everyone is professional. I have been going there about 6 months. Everyone has been helpful and pleasant. Especially Marco!
the office staff there are so nice! They are very accommodating and have really been great during this covid-19. I have both a psychiatrist and a therapist there and I'm very pleased with both of them. They have got me on a medicine regimen that has been working better for me, than anything in the past. I would highly recommend this facility!
My husband is literally giving up trying to get another appointment. He has called countless times and left many voicemails. I have messaged as well. Apparently they don’t truly care about mental health. Won’t be reusing or recommending to any one, will be reporting to BBB.
Just care about money not the person
You will be charged a fee if you don’t reschedule or cancel your appointment more than 24 hours ahead of time. You will not be seen on time. Once we waited for 2 hours to be seen. Very frustrating for people who have to take time out from work to be here. Find a different place.
How could they Improve? How about taking at least one the 12 people devoted making sure you get to your appt on time and have them help patience - you will get multiple messages, text, emails phone calls warning "our time is important if you waste it you'll get charged". Do they have that same attitude helping patients? They do not it can take 48 hours for them to get back to you and you will waste a lot of time trying to follow up trying to get someone to help you with what you need. Very mismanaged, poorly run clinic by an uncaring, unqualified staff. Would NEVER go back to Dr. Kazi or her associates. Highly recommend finding another doctor.
