The team has been great about finding the root cause of my dog's severe allergies and getting her treated. Her allergies cause full body skin infections, so we had to do allergy testing by blood draw instead of a skin test. They prescribed antibiotics for the infection and an anti-itch shot for her constant itching. After a week or so, her skin was clearing up and her itching is almost gone. Very friendly staff. Took the time to research the problem with are dog. Answer all of are questions and concerns. Got are dog back to being the happy and healthy girl that we have missed over the last year. Thanks again for everything you have done.
Dr. Rexo has done incredible work for my Bull Terrier who had been struggling terribly with allergies and recurrent skin infections. Recommend her to all, she makes sure you're properly equipped to help your pets. Also the staff is very attentive and friendly!
We have never had horrible experiences but my dog has begun dreading going to any vet after starting at this clinic. I dread the experience as well now. The location is challenging. The floors at the base of the stairs are slick marble and after falling on them, my dog doesn’t want to walk into the building. They now have tiny door mats that I have to rearrange to coax my large dog through the door. The elevator is so much worse. My pup had really bad allergies... to basically the whole world. They were up front that it would take a while and she's now to the point where she never itches unless it's REALLY brief, rarely sneezing, and has a great coat. Thank you Dr. Rexo and team!
