It was very poor of the assistant(s) to take a man before me on 2/22/23 when my appointment was before him. He was complaining about his time spent waiting.,I was there 10-15 mins longer than he as my appointment was before him. When he complained he was told he was next when he was not. When I was called the workers whispered , quickly shifted the files and called his name. As a result, I was not seen by Dr Parnes until one hour and twenty minutes from the time I arrived.
