I would say mid Atlantic realty management is not managing their properties well at all I live in the properties by Catherine Johnson Academy school and Nothing is updated they leave basement units that's empty full of trash for strays and homeless ppl and mice to go in-and-out without a care of the tenants living near it. They tell you extermination will come to exterminate every Friday however no one comes. We were applying for Regency square and the staff there were excellent however mid Atlantic realty manages them and they do a horrible job at managing. They do not train there employees adequately enough to understand how to direct someone to apply. Also Mid Atlantic Realty requires a $500 deposit upon applying in addition to the $35 application fee. Both of these are required whether you get an apartment or not.
