BEST CLEAN EVER !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! – I have had other cleaning crews in the past, none of them cleaned my house nearly as well as Mid Atlantic Maids, HIGHLY RECOMMENDED TO ANYONE !!!
Worst Experience I ever had with a service! – Owner is rude and has no business sense. All he does is make excuses why its not his fault. This is the worst service I have ever used. I wish I had seen these reviews first. They are expensive and the cleaning we received was terrible. I tried to get the owner to come out and see the poor work. He kept making excuses and then when he did say he would come out, he said he would do it, but it wasn't going to result in him doing anything to correct my issues. Buyer beware!!!
owner rude and pushy if you ever complain – This place is a joke. They give you this great song and dance to get your business but when it comes time to do the work, they leave off half of what they promised. You may as well just run a vacuum and call it done. When I called the owner, I think Todd was his name, he became belligerent and rude when I expected them to come back and finish cleaning. Aweful! – THIS IS THE WORST EVER!!!! Do not bother getting them to clean y our house, they rope you into a contract and don't follow through!! They clean ''what they can get to' which trust me, is not at all what you pay for or would expect from a cleaning service! You will end up having to have another maid to actually clean your house, or you can go behind them and clean it yourself!!!!!!
Horrible – they think just because they have you in a contract they can be rude to you. Will not use once contract is over - will not reccomend to anyone - and I find it funny that you say you have all these satisfied customers - where are they on here leaving positives. I see more negatives than positives and wish I'd read this before signing up. You get what you pay for... – I don't think I ever had the same person clean my house more than twice. You had to be laser specific in requests; for example, you couldn't just say "clean shower". I'd have to ask to have the shower doors cleaned of mildew and the shower head cleaned, too. Some of the women were better than others, some were faster than others, but since I never got their names and requesting anyone specific was futile anyway I just vowed to quit the service before my contract automatically renewed. Maid Service Review – If you do not mind policing the service, this may work for you. If you do not have time to go behind, inspect, coordinate and reschedule weekly service then I would recommend against this. A low cost contract service is available for weekly/monthly maid service and forces them to bear the burden of identifying, rescheduling and coordinating corrective actions at no cost to the owner. Best cleaning service in the Midlothian area! – I have used Mid-Atlantic Maid Service for five (5) years now. Each and every woman who has cleaned my house has done an excellent job. The owner is very involved in the business and makes certain that his customers are satisfied. You pick the day and the time and Mid-Atlantic will be there to clean. Answer to Dwayne Cuff of Midlothian,VA. 4-28-08 – Mr. Cuff joined our service for ONE FULL YEAR. After 9 cleanings and NO PROMBLEMS he decided to change the game, when we refused and went to court because he wouldnt PAY HIS BILL and we won and still had to hire a collection firm to get the money owed,(Berkeley&DeGaetani of Richmond, VA.)Now he claims we are the worst cleaning service I am glad the 600 other houses dont feel that way MAYBE because they play by the RULES.
