Listen- all the doctors and nurses have been wonderful. But I can’t tell you how frustrating it is that they don’t have the same electronic medical record as Inova- the literal building they are in. All the tests and scans I need to do, all the results- all of this is not readily accessible by any of my other doctors or by me- the patient! Who in this day and age DOESNT have a patient portal & ability to message your doctor? If this practice truly was patient-friendly they would have one. Do Better MAGOPSA!

I was given the time to ask all my questions about my upcoming procedures. I was very much supported and validated. I was not told that my anxiety about the procedure was unwarranted. I was asked what would assist me in easing my mind. The doctor was tremendous!
