I’m so grateful to have found Dr. Annette Bicher! She was recommended to me by my general doctor, and I couldn’t be happier. In the past, I haven’t always had the best experiences with obgyn specialists but Dr. Bicher completely changed that. She’s a wonderful person — knowledgeable, patient, kind, and truly empathetic. I’ll admit I was reticent to try this group because of the terrible ratings I had seen. But I trust my GYN and she referred me. I’m so glad I gave it a chance. I had read good reviews of Dr. Miller, so I was thrilled that I could get in to see her within a week of calling. I had to leave a message when I first called to schedule, but the office called me back within a reasonable timeframe. They had already received the referral and scheduling was super easy. Dr. Miller is very personable and friendly. She took time to explain everything to my mom, and answered all of our questions ranging from best to worst case scenario. She even drew a diagram to explain what may be going on and the parts she will examine and take for biopsy under anesthesia at the hospital. My mom had been nervous and started to cry as she thanked her for her amazing bedside manner and she even gave her a hug to comfort her. She is so kind and patient with us as my Moms first language is not English.

Called the front desk to make an appointment. First time I was disconnected. The second time was a nightmare. Extremely rude and unprofessional. Before talking to her there is a recording stating that the call maybe recorded, I wish it was true because I'm not sure how she was able to continued working as a front desk staff with her unprofessionalism, disorganization and rudeness. I attempted to make an appointment with a referral for a specific medical concern and was shocked by how rude and condescending the front office staff was. I simply needed a consultation, and instead, I was met with complete disrespect and lack of compassion. As a healthcare provider myself, I would never treat someone this way especially someone reaching out for help. You never know what someone is going through.
