I’m so grateful to have found Dr. Annette Bicher! She was recommended to me by my general doctor, and I couldn’t be happier. I’ll admit I was reticent to try this group because of the terrible ratings I had seen. But I trust my GYN and she referred me. I’m so glad I gave it a chance. I had read good reviews of Dr. Miller, so I was thrilled that I could get in to see her within a week of calling. Called the front desk to make an appointment. First time I was disconnected. The second time was a nightmare. Extremely rude and unprofessional. Before talking to her there is a recording stating that the call maybe recorded, I wish it was true because I'm not sure how she was able to continued working as a front desk staff with her unprofessionalism, disorganization and rudeness. I was very impressed with my first visit at this practice. Dr. Miller met with me to discuss my upcoming surgery to remove an ovarian cyst. She was very thorough, patient, and compassionate, making me feel completely at ease.
