I would really like to give this practice a higher rating as I have been with them for over 10 years. Dr Ruffini is a kind and compassionate doctor for the condition that I am dealing with. I have been receiving an infusion for the past year and half, every two months, and this time they have cancelled my infusion date, twice, as the nurse is out with a concussion. While I am sorry to hear about that, this is not my problem, and the practice should have a back up!! Shame on them. So now I await a phone call, leave messages ... read more
