Dr. Kanchana was amazing. He is extremely experienced and kind. Also, the anesthesiologist was so sweet and she really helped me through the procedure. Two wonderful people there.
I had to edit down to one star because the awfulness of the billing department overrides any good experience I had at the facility. I wish I had never gone. Since my last review they sent me another bill for $256. I paid it, then seven days later it was marked as unpaid and delinquent. The exact amount came out of my account so I’m not sure where the money went. They called me a few weeks in advance to confirm billing for my procedure. They called me a few weeks in advance to confirm billing for my procedure. I asked several times to ensure the bill would be under $1000. I was quoted around $600. They’ve now billed me over $1300 in multiple installments in the three months since I’ve had the procedure and every day I check the mail fearing I’ll get another bill for several hundreds of dollars that I did not expect and can’t pay. Actual procedure was great.
The staff has been incredible this entire journey. I had to have a routine colonoscopy. The intake nurse Isabel was phenomenal. She was patient, kind and even calmed my nerves!! Larry the anesthesiologist was so kind. Dr. Meyer, although I only interacted w him briefly, he took his time to explain the procedure to me before. and even sat w me and my husband afterwards to answer questions. Although the facility seemed quite busy - NO ONE rushed me or belittled me! Thanks for your excellent care.
EVERYTHING From Beginning to End was Very Professional and Caring"!! This was my second Colonoscopy and is Awesome to have such Great, Caring Nurses, team and Doctors working for my Needs. I Recommend them 💯%
