Tried calling for an appointment for a colonoscopy for a week and kept getting the runaround. Been a patient here for years.
The physician provider and the procedure room staff are extremely competent and congenial. One of the front desk CS members was curt and rude. I came in early to make sure that all paperwork was in order. She rudely informed us about my appointment time was 9.30 am and we should come back because there was no sitting room available. We understand it is very busy practice. She could have conveyed the message politely without being rude.
