My mom went to take her dog for an emergency visit willing to pay whatever. She went to fill out the form and this lady gave her the clipboard and the BABY cried “you assaulted me!” Lmfao what the hell? Excellent customer service the staff and the doctors are amazing,I called every fours hours and visited my fur baby and the staff had been so helpful and understanding during this difficult time
