I feel like I've been scammed by this "credit union" and am very unhappy that I even signed up with them.
RecommendedWow. I'm reading some pretty awful reviews here. When I go in, I've always had courteous tellers. The Assistant at the main desk is always friendly and very helpful. If I need to talk to someone about my account, I'm always helped with my questions by the Loan Officer staff - in a private setting, and I've never felt rushed out of there because they are too busy. Last year around the holidays we applied for a small loan to help with Christmas and bills we were told we couldn't get one cause our accounts had not been opened for a year once our accounts were opened for a year with them we are guaranteed the holiday loan and now that we have had our accounts there for over a year we are told something different just amazes me how it goes from one story to another...I have never walked into a credit union or bank for that matter and had such bad customer service I can honestly say the on... read more
STAY AWAY!! They do not care about their customers!!!!! Doing business with them will be he worst thing you've ever done.
It is never ending problems with this bank and pathetic excuses. I will be taking my account elsewhere. The last straw was when they sent my new debit card to an old address (as in three years old). This card did not require activation and could have immediately been used as credit by anyone. Thank God I knew the people living at the old address and they told me that I had mail there. Mid American's excuse was that when their system updated it somehow reverted back to an old address. Yet they managed to send the pin number t... read more
