Very sad when you go in and ask if they have notary services and get the answer, yes but only for our members. I am a member of a credit union just not Mid American. Too bad they are unwilling to assist people especially during times like this.Thank God Credit Union of America treats people decent!
Ever since the new online banking began ive been having nothing but issues logging in. I have went to a branch to set up my login info and It didnt work. I called to let them know about it and was giving a temp pw and still not working.I have also sent email no response. This is not good. I like this bank but not happy with this new online banking system.
I had to contact he State Bank Commissioner of Kansas and report them for the damages they caused by their wrongful charges and reporting. DO NOT USE THIS BANK. I 100% agree they are "dirty" and I highly suggest everyone contact the Commissioner!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
they admit they are dirty. I had a Netflix charge come in and a voodoo charge at $11 a piece. They set the money aside for both of the $11 charges. I had $216 in my account. T-Mobile sent their bill in, and they paid the T-Mobile charge of 215, and charged me $30 for that even though they had already set aside for the two $11 charges. And then they charged me overdraft fees for all three. They admitted that they took the larger charge before the two smaller charges so they could get extra fees.
