I am a MACR customer for life! I was referred by Nissan of St. Charles, and I thought if they are trusted with their fleet of cars, I should give them a shot. I was blown away with their expeditious service and commitment to their customers. They will advocate for you to get what is needed with insurance companies. They offer on the spot quotes, too! I worked with another company earlier in the year and had to wait a month to get on their schedule for a quote. If you need car repair, check them out!
Always put my car back in excellent condition. Helpful and understanding when the unexpected accident happens and you need a reliable shop to put you back on the road.
These guys really know what they’re doing. They always find ways to save me money. I always get great customer service, professional results and fast repair times. Matt and his team are the best at what they do. I won’t take my vehicles anywhere else.

FANTASTIC SHOP! This is the BEST auto repair shop I've ever used. Extremely trustworthy and reasonable. They also work with many Insurance companies if your vehicle is there due to a claim. All the work has been pristine. Matt and his team are extremely detailed. The best part is that when I get my van back, it's always super clean! They wash and vacuum it. I have used them for several repairs and have referred them to many! You WON'T be disappointed.
