I met Dr Chandra in 2017 at KU when my dad was dying bc she went to the same church as my parents. Once she knew I had a hip implant gone bad she immediately recruited me to start taking all these weird pills including narcotics. I have been treated at MAPC for 18 years under the direction of three separate doctors/owners. They are the only pain management clinic in this area that I have located that will treat my pain holistically with dignity and respect. My Nurse Practitioner, Nisa, and Dr. Chandra work with me in a partnership that is respectful and directed by the goals to reduce my pain to a level that I enjoy quality of life. Can’t honestly call Chanda a doctor. She’s rude and hateful prescribes bipolar meds for pain and refuses to return phone calls when that med made me incredibly ill. That clinic should be shut down for malpractice. Chanda’s no doctor she just enjoys tormenting vulnerable patients.
I called for info and an appointment and talked to a receptionist who was nasty and unhelpful and refused to help me Definitely don’t go there !!!
Patient abandonment here is high, and they don't know that patients have rights. Report them to the board if they abandon you and stop providing care for 30 days.
