Lived at the River Road Apartments for 6 years 2 different apartments not a safe place 2x people tried to get into my apartment. Have heard gun shots in the area. Office staff seems to have a high turnover rate. Maintenance is good, but have had to clean up after contractors because they left a mess with wood, nails, paint and spackle. I moved my stuff out of apartment by end of original lease, was told I didn't give adequate notice because it was verbal not written, and have to pay base rent because for another month. This is The Landings Apartment in Memphis TN, 6787 S Landing Way Memphis Tn 38115. This is the condition my apartment was and still is in. They didnt allow us to view the apartment until move in day and these are the reasons this apartment was not in move in condition. this place do not care about the people that pays their bills. hello my name is Nichole Sorunke i live in parkview court in Yeadon PA I benn living and dealing with these problems for a while now. i have lots of mice, I have rusty cabinets i have rusty heater covers I have cracks in my walls and also my baseboard the is eating the insulation from the oven. i can go on and on about the problems in this place..
