I've taken my forklifts for repair to this business 3 times. They do an excellent job diagnosing the problem and fixing it in a timely manner. My problem has been on the number of hours he says they spent working on it. There is nothing in writing, no time sheet or anything. Simply his word. I asked for written estimates and he did not provide one. They boast they has the lowest hourly rate in Tulsa but the last two repair shops we checked with were less, by about $20 an hour!
