I saw the TV commercial. Stopped in and visited. After speaking with them about a problem that has been intermittent, they knew right away what the issue was. Got me in and out in a hurry, problem is solved. They have solved a issue that had been a issue that 2 other shops could NOT find. Great guys, great service. I will be returning for all my needs...
Poor customer service.....they will tell you what you want to hear and are not committed to their time lines or workmanship. Look somewhere else.
I was introduced to Mid-America Cycles about three years ago. Have not taken my bike anywhere else since. No stuffed shirts here, just some good guys who love bikes. I've had some needed work done and some "I need that' work done. No need to search the internet for something that "might" work. I've found that there prices on parts are as good if not better and I know it will fit my bike.
The guys up at Mid-American know their business. We have 2004 Ultra Classic that now runs like a new bike. Everything from engine work to a new digital dash. We had a plan and upgraded in two phases. No push, just great service. So appreciated the knowledge and skill at this shop. I think he have all gone the "HD" route. Not that "HD" is bad...However, there is a completely different mind set at Mid-American. Our bike will never be serviced anywhere else. Thanks guys!

The only place I take my bike to get worked on, staff is great treats you like family. Best service and pricing by far, if you have not been there yet you need to check them out.
