Replacing a part that prematurely failed and wrecked another part . At no cost to me and repaired my bike with next to no notice so I would not be without it on my vacation. Good company that stands behind the parts they sell and willing to go the extra mile to please a customer. Hard to find places like this in today's world 👍👍👍👍👍

Supurb work and at a fair price. I went to the Demo bike ride they had yesterday, was happy with what I saw! Good selection of things in the store too....
