Replacing a part that prematurely failed and wrecked another part . At no cost to me and repaired my bike with next to no notice so I would not be without it on my vacation. Good company that stands behind the parts they sell and willing to go the extra mile to please a customer. Hard to find places like this in today's world 👍👍👍👍👍
