Walked in community north location without appointment Two people ahead of me without appointments. Clients with appointments were seen as they arrived. More walk ins were seen. I asked when I could have my blood drawn she stated that I need help. I had completed the sign in when I arrived. No reason given for the 35 minute delay! One walk in that arrived after me offered to let me go in ahead of her. The technician refused! Very disappointed with service. Carolyn Shelton

Made an appointment the day before. I was told to have my doctor to fax over the order to the office number. Waited over an hour to have blood drawn. I was then asked for my order. I told the staff that I had my doctor fax it over as instructed by their company. The employee informed me that their fax machine has been down for the last 3 days and that they would not do the test until I had the doctor's order. I could not get it, so I left.
