I am very upset with this lab center. First, they mislabeled one test so had to return. Then they mislabeled another test and had to return. They said “well, she’s new”. That’s not acceptable. Then I get a bill, call to inquire why and I’m told Medicare did not approve it. By Medicare’s law they should have informed me at time if test. I was supposed to be given a paper to sign if I wanted test done or refuse to have the test. They did not do this. I intend to find another lab center. The black lady that drew my blood put the needle in sideways instead of going straight in. I watched her and she pushed the needle all the way through the vein, the needle came out the other side. She said your vein is rolling, I said NO it's NOT! I said you either don't know what you are doing or your trying to destroy my vein. I almost called 911, I probably should have. I looked for a phone number on the internet to call and complain but there is none. I'm going to try to get a phone number today to call someone, things l... read more

Please do something about the customer service at this location. I was treated disrespectfully by the lab technician this morning when I had my blood drawn. The usual QA checks of asking for my name and DOB were not done. They also keep losing my standing orders when having my blood drawn.
