Sitting here without food for god knows how long, in this cramped packed waiting room with a glitchy TV. I can’t believe this facility is allowed to run like this during covid, I mean seriously it’s ridiculous, it’s like they are trying to spread covid
During Covid they pack out the waiting room. Make me wait 30 mins (so far). Meanwhile I've not eaten all day and it's 3:30!!! Why do I have an appointment when it can't be kept?
They never pick up the phone.
They are so busy helping other patients that they have a plaque to tell you that they are permanently doing so, even though there isn’t another soul to be seen. The kiosk that you sign in at says 5 minutes but never changes to provide a more accurate time.
