I was double billed and they claimed my insurance did not cover my labs and when I showed them proof that it was they refused to refund me. I’m not sure if this is an employee scam or what, but beware if you have other options please explore them.

Misleading information! Online it says they are 24 hours and they are NOT. Also, it doesn’t say anywhere online but they DO NOT COLLECT SPECIMENS! I did my test the day before and it is a hard test to collect…then I drove all the way here for nothing. Now, I have to get new collection equipment and redo it. I also missed out on an important appointment opportunity bc they had availability…all because I had to do this test and their lab information was not correct so I did all this for nothing! This infuriates me.
Not 24 hours, building is locked and don’t collect specimens here, per the sign on the door.
