Please be aware. They will charge you for pets in the room when you have no pets. Tried to ask for owner info, they will not provide it. Cannot find a corporate number. We have proof that the animals were in boarding and NOT at the hotel. They cannot provide proof that there was an animal there, or any camera footage. Extremely rude and hung up when we called for clarification. Will not answer our calls anymore. We will be escalating this to authorities and legal counsel.
Can’t even rate this place. Number one never had enough towels, and second they charged our room claiming we had animals when we never did. And the manager hung up on us. Absolutely appalled by this place. Save your money and go elsewhere.
