I highly recommend Microtel for a no-frills overnight stay. The price is unbeatable, particularly since it includes a free breakfast in the morning (coffee, juice, bagels, muffins). Room was clean, bed was comfortable, water pressure was fantastic, only 5 minutes from Walden Galleria. I wish we had Microtel in Canada!

Enjoyed stay – I stayed there in May of 2010, and I kind of enjoyed it. Nice, cheap enough for my budget and it was off the through way, and I didn't have to drive any more. Me and the family enjoyed our stay. Thank you for letting us stay at Microtel Inn.

The staff was very helpful and friendly. They let me check in early, and were very helpful with any of my questions and concerns. Would definitely recommend staying there!

clean and friendly – My boyfriend and I stayed at this motel because I had a free nights stay. I thought it was much cleaner than any other Microtel I have stayed at previously. The beds had duvet covers and the room was very clean. The staff was very friendly and the location was right down the main road in Springville. I would stay there again if ever in the area.

Quiet and Clean – I would recommend the Microtel in Springville, NY. I have found the hotel to be the best hotel (of this type) that I have ever stayed in. It is at the end of route 219 and it is a quick ride North to Orchard Park and Buffalo. It is surprisingly quiet here and the place is very clean. The rooms have Sony TV's and free local and long distance phone service. There are plenty of places to eat and a nice grocery within walking distance. This was just a one night stop over on our journey from Canada to Wayne in New Jersey. Chosen from previous tripadvisors this hotel was more than we expected, from the building, our room and the friendliness of Pammy the girl on reception. We were directed from her to eat at the local Ponderosa restaurant where we got 10% discount on our meal. Next door to the hotel is McDonalds where we had breakfast the following morning, although there is a continental style breakfast at the hotel.

Bad !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! – 1. Rude and unprofessional staff 2. Small beds 3. Not worth for money 4. Not good for family 5. Prefer spending night in car rather than staying in this hotel 6. Bath tub chokes with water 7. They don't give what they claim on the web site
