Junk hole you can hear everything in other rooms it's like there ain't even a wall and the air don't work good at all
Well it's a nice looking hotel and the room was nice.....but...there was a lost of things that wasn't great! First of all the door stopper came off, the the vent in the restroom wasn't working, there were dirty coffee filters in the coffee maker when we first went it the room. Then we came back the park and the maintenance was horrible! Didn't change the sheets, the floor was not vaccumed, we didn't have any toiletries, we didn't have any coffee, and the hotel is extremely hot in the lobby, halls and stairways! They could do with friendlier desk people but the rooms were nice n clean. Will recommend
The rooms are tiny the water doesn't get cold at all its warm or hot the vending machine robbed me all and all a bad experience would not recommend this place
Just checked in, walked up to room, found out that I was put into a single room instead of the queen suite that I reserved. When I went and told Joshua at the front desk, he lied and said that there was a "modification" made to my reservation. From there I spoke with Wyndham and the customer service representative explained that there was no change to my reservation, but that the property had sold out. Therefore, he lied to me AND sold my reserved room!
Minor issues but great place, kids loved the pool, breakfast was nice. Beds are comfortable, window seat is a nice feature. I like that it is just outside of town.
