I am beyond irritated with this hotel chain and cannot speak to customer care because they hang up because I want to speak with a more senior person. I have not yelled or cussed or been ugly I AM IRRITATED. I have as well as my friend have been over charged by the hotel. And I called Wednesday to report it but Victoria the manager did't return my call. When she did she messed it up too. I don't have forever for my money to be returned!!!! Do not stay here!! Horrible customer service. We left Rodan and Fields face wash and Lulu shorts in room on accident. Was told they are not responsible for items left. No questions asked. So pretty much anything you leave is theirs! No manager on duty daily and takes forever to get ahold of her. Absolutely worst customer service ever. Find another hotel!
The only thing perfect about this hotel is the location to SeaWorld. This hotel is absolutely nasty. We changed rooms twice because it was not clean. 1st room sheets had hair all over and blood stains on both beds. Spiders and other bugs were also under the sheets. Trash left in the room from possibly other guest. Only one set of towels. A/C did not work. Phones didn’t work to call front desk to show her everything. Great room, great rates. great value.
Water pressure sucks, no stopper for the tub (I have 2 little kids I needed to bathe), when we mentioned it we were told “whatever is in the room is what they had”, their hot tub heater is broken so it was probably 75*. And the front desk says we’re not the first to complain”. We stayed here the last time we were here in San Antonio and is was great for the price, but it’s just going down hill. Definitely will not be staying here again!
I didn’t like that there were no vending machines.. asked for more towels as there were 4 of us in a room 2 adults 2 kids and there are 2 towels.... they gave me 2 hand towels..just wasn’t pleased at all. We even checked out a day early and lost out on a full night and went and got a nice room on the river walk!
