THEY NEED TO TRAIN AMBER. Michelle the manager leaves this woman at the front desk and she has no clue what she is doing and will openly tell you that. She even expressed that she gets yelled at so she cant really remember everything thrown at her. TRAIN THE POOR WOMAN TO DO HER JOB INSTEAD OF LEAVING HER TO SINK THE SHIP. every small task she had to call Michelle. Really our only complaint is that Housekeeping literally tried to enter our room at 9am without even knocking and we were both in bed and... Not appropriate for viewing eyes 🫣 thank God we had our door locked!!! everything else was fantastic. They have an amazing breakfast, very clean and beautiful rooms, plenty of places outside to smoke if you are a smoker, a very beautiful view.
