The service was great here. The hotel and room are nice and clean. Only thing I didn’t like was that even though the tv said it was a smart tv, it was a hospitality tv and they had everything except the regular cable channels restricted so I couldn’t even access the HDMI to use my ROKU.
The hotel was simple but clean and well maintained. The staff was courteous, though communication could be improved. I had requested a crib in advance but did not receive a response, and the front desk wasn’t aware of the request. We stayed during fall break, so there were limited accommodation options available.

This hotel is in a great location that it is close to many restaurants and stores. We stayed here bc we were doing an overnight paranormal tour in Moundsville State Penitentiary. Rooms: the beds are very comfy and the room was pretty clean. Definitely needed some dusting in a few areas. The view was great and loved the ledge to sit on by the window.
