We are Wyndham rewards members and have only had great experiences, however, we were at the Microtel in Port Charlette on Feb. 8th and were extremely disappointed. The Front Deck Clerk, Keleena was exceptional but the rest of our stay was awful. The room was the size of a closet & our adjoining room had their TV on the entire night. We never slept. The air conditioner sounded like a jet engine when it turned on. My husband got the last bagel for breakfast at 8 AM. We made the front desk aware of all our dissatisfaction... read more
