El hotel está bonito y en un lugar tranquilo. Las habitaciones están confortables. El servicio es pésimo, muy malo, aquí te recogen las toallas sucias y no ponen toallas limpias, hay que ir a buscarlas a recepción cuando las vas a usar. Las alfombras no se aspiran nunca. El cambio de sabanas no se hace a menos que el cliente lo pida. MUY MAL SERVICIO. No sirve la lavandería, el gym y otras máquinas. No le recomiendo este hotel a nadie, solamente por el pésimo servicio en las habitaciones.
found meth in room sadly the owner would not do anything so we went over head and Corprate refunded out full room value as they should have
Older hotel, needs some maintenance. Rooms were clean but had damage. Outside of the hotel had trash everywhere. Noisy neighbors blaring music at 5am. It was just an overnight stay passing through and likely won't be back. Kinda expensive for what it is. Free continental breakfast included.
Reserved online. Arrived late. When we arrived no one at the desk and no where to be found. Called the hotel. It rang. Knocked on office door. No answer. After approx 50 minutes, called the national number for Wyndham. They were able to reach someone. Lady comes from outside and said she had been with a “friend.” I saw a man in the lobby as I walked in. My husband advised he had been waiting over 45 minutes. She said she must have just missed him.
