Had rat poop on toilet when we walked in small worms with antennas crawling on bathroom floor !!!! Dirty dingy towels owner had bugs crawling out of his shirt it was disgusting !!!!!!! 🤮 never stay here !!!

Reserved online. Arrived late. When we arrived no one at the desk and no where to be found. Called the hotel. It rang. Knocked on office door. No answer. After approx 50 minutes, called the national number for Wyndham. They were able to reach someone. Lady comes from outside and said she had been with a “friend.” I saw a man in the lobby as I walked in. My husband advised he had been waiting over 45 minutes. She said she must have just missed him. They are infested with cockroaches and didn’t offer a refund, only a room change 6 doors down from the room that had roaches crawling on the wall. We left immediately and booked a room at another hotel down the road.
