They are infested with cockroaches and didn’t offer a refund, only a room change 6 doors down from the room that had roaches crawling on the wall. We left immediately and booked a room at another hotel down the road.
I booked for two nights and paid. Get here and they said they dont have it on file. They tried to make me buy another room. The rooms are terrible. I'll stay tonight but won't be back. This has been a terrible experience.
Choose a different hotel if you can!! I had a pretty disappointing experience at Microtel. Even though I reserved my room online, the check-in process took over 30 minutes, which was frustrating after a long day. The front desk clerk also had difficulty understanding English and came across as rude, which made the situation even more uncomfortable.When I finally got to the room, it wasn’t properly cleaned, was vey hot, and had a strange smell.
