Dirty, run down. Elevator was scary and didn’t work well. Breakfast was dismal.
rooms being clean and well-maintained. praise the staff for being friendly and helpful. especially the front desk Jasmine does a wonderful job The hotel's free breakfast can use a little work but getting better ..Wi-Fi,
Not the cleanest room
David, at the front desk, deserves a big raise! He was so incredibly helpful. The room was clean, and very comfortable. Will definitely choose Microtel again.
