We were leery because the cost was so low. Great location. Decent enough rooms, bed and pillows hard, clean, reasonable breakfast offering. Friendly helpful staff. Has a weird little keyboard situation for operating the lights in the room. Remove the key when you leave and the lights turn off automatically Restaurants nearby. Easy access from highway. Overall great value option

Amazing hotel. Never heard of this brand of hotel we first went to the super 8 across the street and had a horrible experience. It was after midnight. We were really tired and needed a place to stay and left Super 8 in forfeited our money and came here. Staff was friendly, rooms were clean, Breakfast was amazing. Highly recommend this hotel.

This is my first experience with a Microtel location. This is also our first time in Marietta Ohio. We made reservations for a suite room with a queen bed. The room design is very nice. Has a mini fridge, microwave and seating area with a love seat and ottoman. With that said, when we walked into our room, it was hard to not notice the many stains on the love seat and carpets (I dont believe this to be any fault of the room attendant but the hotels either not having it professionally cleaned or replaced.
