Staff are very friendly and helpful!!! I think some renovations are ongoing. Loki and Whitney go above and beyond to help with anything you need. Great place!!! By the way I'm updating my review as of 9-1-2025 to acknowledge the great crew at the Microtel. To the owners, Jess, Crystal, Lori, Loki, Kenzie, Nikki, Renee, Ashley, Kesha, Becky and Zoe all went above and beyond to make sure my stay was wonderful!!!
Lots of drug use in their parking lot and groups smoking at the entrances, (against London municipal code and clear violation). Pool area stinks bad of cigarette smoke. Housekeeping staff inappropriate in hallway conversations all times of the day.
Everyone was nice and was really clean.
