Pools nice rooms are clean front desk guy was nice
Great hotel for a great fantastic price! The staff, especially Lori at the front desk, were all so accommodating and nice! They helped us in a big way to have a wonderful experience! The breakfast was amazing and fresh! This is the best hotel in London! The rooms are recently updated and are super nice! Great time!
We stayed at this hotel for 3 nights. The rooms are CLEAN and everything worked well. The beds are comfortable. Water pressure is great! Some rooms are being renovated and some are still outdated but if you’re looking for safe and clean, HIGHLY recommend! Especially for the price!! The pool was not enjoyable as the chemicals were too strong but they may have been treating it at the time. Will definitely stay again!
Staff are very friendly and helpful!!! I think some renovations are ongoing. Loki and Whitney go above and beyond to help with anything you need. Great place!!! By the way I'm updating my review as of 9-1-2025 to acknowledge the great crew at the Microtel. To the owners, Jess, Crystal, Lori, Loki, Kenzie, Nikki, Renee, Ashley, Kesha, Becky and Zoe all went above and beyond to make sure my stay was wonderful!!!
