The staff was HORRIBLE!! The night clerk refused to give me new batteries for the TV remote, there was a message on the TV, that batteries were bad and it was barely working. I am severely handicapped and when I went back to front desk, I tripped and fell flat on my face, because the hall carpeting has some kind of tape, covering every seam, on the top of the carpet, yes, I have pictures. I found the staff here nice, and the location is right in town witch is a plus. rooms are a bit old, but a hot shower and breakfast was what i needed
Why would you have an outdoor pool or a nice pool?And not have it open.Most of the year you should take down the pictures of the pool false advertising
I booked a reservation for a one night stay. I broke my ribs and had to cancel the trip. THEY CHARGED ME THE FULL AMOUNT . I canceled a few hours after booking. I spoke to the general manager who asked for proof of my injury. I sent that, several times. They stopped responding to me. I paid $225 for an online reservation for a few hours. I really feel this was unacceptable. Despite the fact I was a repeat customer! Will NEVER GO THERE AGAIN. Karma IS a thing.
