I booked a reservation for a one night stay. I broke my ribs and had to cancel the trip. THEY CHARGED ME THE FULL AMOUNT . I canceled a few hours after booking. I spoke to the general manager who asked for proof of my injury. I sent that, several times. They stopped responding to me. I paid $225 for an online reservation for a few hours. I really feel this was unacceptable. Despite the fact I was a repeat customer! Will NEVER GO THERE AGAIN. Karma IS a thing.

The hotel has a large lobby & breakfast room. Check in was a breeze and the gentleman at the counter was kind & courteous, he went over breakfast hours, room location, wifi, pool and hot tub info and asked how our trip is going. We were given the option of 1st, 2nd or 3rd Floor which was nice. We chose ground level this time, our room was small but cozy perfect for us. I loved everything about this place, location, staff, room. Only downside was bugs in an outside pool which I can't be mad about
