Very nice staff, very clean, super easy location for Highway access, nice breakfast, easy on wallet, oh did I say very nice staff. Next time I'm going through Kalamazoo I know where I'm staying. Highly recommend.
We checked in on Christmas Eve 2015, the desk clerk was so nice and welcoming. She made sure we knew about all the hotels amenities, and we laughed & laughed while checking in (which didn't take long). Room was very nice, comfy bed, plenty of pillows. The window seat kept the curtains from blocking the heat and the thermostat o the wall was easy to read & use. The shower head was a water saver, I am not a fan of. My husband and I travel a lot and I am very satisfied with this hotel. It is very clean and staff was very sweet especially the gentleman at the night shift front desk. I definitely recommend this place.
Nice and clean quiet very great place to stay .
We had a very nice stay there, it was very clean. The problem I had there the first morning was the lady in the kitchen..she was lazy. I had to ask for more coffee..she finally did that then I had to ask her for cups cuz there weren't any..also had to ask for butter. All she did was sit in the back room and I finally had to approach her. The second morning we had a speculative women...she was on top of everything, constantly making sure everything was available. They should post about them telling lies to people on the phone lake front property NO. Swimming pool NO. Management that don't know the area to help folks from out of town YES. Next door to a trailer park YES.
