Omg! I was out here for work. Worst hotel I’ve ever been in. My first room had bed bugs. Second room had a tv with no signal nor batteries in the damn remote. Third room had flickering lights.
The worse hotel i have ever stayed in. The front looks nice. The staff was friendly but this place is beyond dirty . We got locked out not once but twice from the room. The second time we were told the battery was probably dying and they gave us a new key to which when we opened the security latch was locked yet again. Hair on bathroom floor, black smut on light switches. One one plug outlet even was burnt. Will never ever recommend this hotel.
This place was honestly pretty gross. I saw stink bugs, fleas, and bedbugs. Thankfully, I booked through Expedia, and they were able to provide some sort of compensation because Microtel would not. I certainly would not recommend this place at all. It smells like cigarettes and weed everywhere. The only good things were that the bed was comfy, and they had cute Halloween decorations in the lobby.
The location is right off the interstate and convenient. Our tv didnt work, the lobby smelt like a ashtray. I wasn't to impressed!
