My room was nice and newly renovated. Room was very clean. Used this hotel as an overnight stay while traveling. Managers of the hotel were quite nice. Area is safe but hotel is right on the highway. Noise in the parking lot but not in the room. Renovations in the lobby and the parking lot make the lobby experience nonexistent. If you don’t need to be catered in the lobby and need a quality room this hotel would be perfect. No idea how long renovation will take in lobby but work was taking place during my stay. This was by far the worst hotel experience I've ever had. This hotel is a complete scam. I arrived at the hotel and it looked shut down. There was a dirty phone at the front desk to "call for service' which someone who was obviously living there came down after a few minutes to check me in. The lobby was full of construction items and had no air conditioning. All the windows and doors were opened in the common areas for airflow. Whoever checked me in was very creepy towards me when I checked in. I came in to check in right before midnight and he was asking about my tattoos and if I was traveling? I told him I was going to a wedding and he asked if it was mine. I explained it was a friend’s and caught him looking at my hand and I’m like “yeah no my wedding was a few years ago” he asked how long and I said “well in 7 minutes it’ll be 2 years” and he’s like oh got it.
