This used to be a microtel but is now a sonesta. A number of items have not been changed. There is a microtel/wyndam sign at the front desk. In the room the phone still has microtel labelling and when tv is first turned on it says microtel This is an issue aa they are not affiliated with wyndam or microtel. Room was clean, but basic. Staff was friendly and helpful. Tv did not work initially so she ce to room and corrected problem. Breakfast was limited. A few sausage rounds( 3 in warmer when we got to it.) Our stay at the Microtel Inn in Fairmont was overall beautiful and comfortable 😌 all of the staff was so helpful and caring and smiled. The breakfast was amazing and oh they made cookies in the evening time WOW!! They keep coffee made and warm and hot water all day and night. They are very considerate of their customers! The beds were so clean. I had a great experience with them.
