So far room keys don’t work for entry. Ice machine is broke so you have to go to the 3rd. Vending machines are out of product or turned off. Landscaping looks terrible . Showers are disgusting .
The hotel lost power due to a storm the first night we were there for a three night stay. The shower curtain rod was coming out of the wall too. We left the next morning because there was no expected restoration time. They refused to refund any money for the nights we did not stay. There was obviously no air conditioning, hot water, Internet, hot breakfast, TV, etc. Also, the emergency exit lights in the stairwell were not working and it was extremely dark which was very dangerous. Very nice place to stay. The place I liked most was the availability of close by restaurants and also 2 minutes app from Elkart botanical gardens. Great place.
