This place is tired but cheap. You can't beat the price. However, I booked rooms that "sleep 5" and there was no couch or pull-out spot for a 5th person.

Room 310 AND 304 both have very loud AC. They tried to move us from 310 for quieter room but 304 was no less noisy. Rooms are very clean but very little sleep gotten due to that loud thing kicking on all night long.
The lobby and main hallways have no air conditioning. It's warm and humid. The room has air but the carpet is soaked by the air conditioner and the entire side of the bed. The sheets on one bed were not clean. Cobwebs hanging from the light fixture. The beds make an odd noise. The place also smells. Made a complaint to the front desk about the flooring being soaked and was told they were sold out but could change my room the next day after we came back from our days activities.
