The only problem we had was the room service. We stayed for two nights, and on day 2 the room service guy came knocking on our door telling us we needed to check out. It wasn't even quite noon yet and he didnt understand/wouldnt listen when we said we paid for another night. We went down to the front desk to talk with the manager and she confirmed that we had paid for both nights and apologized for the issue.
The housekeeping staff can barely speak English and harass customers to checkout days in advance. When trying to explain and show the staff we paid for two nights, housekeeping doubled down on his incorrect information. I see why the price was so low with the low quality staff working this location.
Amazing great bed breakfast was good staff are so pleasing kind and wonderful
I was greeted by a very friendly clerk at check on. The room was updated, bathroom sparkling clean, and beds comfortable. Location is perfect for convenience while traveling.
