Very sad to say that this has turned into a nightmare. People were nice and cordial at first but then..... OMGOODNESS....JUST DO NOT
Even though I only stayed 1 night. I had an amazing experience here, all thanks to Crystal of course. This was the only hotel that was reasonable and had an infant crib/pack & play for my daughter. The only con is there are only two carts available to transport your luggage to/from your room for the whole hotel, the hotel should invest in purchasing more. Breakfast was included but it would’ve been nice to have some eggs and bacon. Other than that, I would stay here again.
Room smelled bad bed was uncomfortable
Yes this is in Buckhead, but gives Westside Bankhead vibes. The hotel is outdated, some of the guest's professions are questionable, the rooms are extra small, my room smelled horrible, the sheets were stained, and I would rather sleep in my vehicle and shower at a Truckstop than ever stay here again. Do yourself a favor and do thorough due diligence! Unfortunately I booked poorly late at night in an emergency and did not have the option to cancel the reservation.
Staying here currently and honestly liked the location and staff until tonight when I was coming back from somewhere late and could not get parking at the hotel which is extremely odd because I was given a bright orange parking pass and advised to keep it visible on my dash so I would not be towed. I looked for 30 minutes for parking and came to find no cars in the lot with a parking pass because the hotel was allowing guests of Terenga City Lounge to park in the lot despite the fact that it made it impossible for guests of ... read more
