Great customer service and great quality of products
I have been dealing with Microtek Systems for over 10 years and they have never disappointed me. No matter if it is a big or small issue, they take the time to make sure every customer is satisfied. The staff takes the time to listen to your issues and fixes things the first time. Service has always been professional, polite, and knowledgeable. I have purchased computers from them as well as service my computers and have always been very pleased. This is one firm I can confidently recommend to friends.
For the last year and a half I thought my Internet was messed up, after speaking with Eddie and he rejuvenated my tower, I know I'm not scared to shut my computer down. He only took four hours to diagnose and repair and have it back online.
