Document Imaging Systems, Inc. provided informed, helpful consulting then supplied document preparation, scanning, OCR, QC, PDFs and File/Folder Naming in dealing with over 24,000 surfaces. The results were provided on USB Flash Drive to me and via OneDrive Download to distant legal clients in this venture. Communication to all client parties was thorough, professional and clear. Bobby was extremely helpful in guiding us through the process of deciding whether to replace our microfilm machine or to digitize the microfilm we own. He took the time to listen to our needs and my concerns, to suggest the best solution for us. I have been so pleased with the digitized product, especially with the option of making it searchable.
