I'm part of setting up the stage/sceanery and enjoy the leadership on working together and always making it safe for all involved.
Comfortable seats , compared to the hard seats at the Forum... Went to the 2nd annual R&B Rewind tour this past weekend and had a nice time. The popcorn though was way too salty. .lol
Last year I enjoyed the show. But this year the show wasn't that great. For the prices they charge I should be able to hear the artist. Some of the mics wasn't working, the bass was waaaay to much! The sound crew totally failed on this show. JJ fad wasn't that great, Ginuine was his own hype man! The guys that were on stage with him sang more of his songs than him!!! Loved it, just wish SWV had shown up. Everyone else was on point though.
The venue was fine but the concert I can say was the worst concert I've ever been to..the sound was the awful and the performers were not the level of professionalism and talent I expect EXCEPT for Envouge, they were on point! All the acts that had a live band seemed to do fine but the ones using just the sound system were struggling with their ear pieces or the hassle was off. The host was pretty annoying and just not entertaining. I wouldn't go back to another rewind fest or anything they put on.
