It should honestly be illegal the way they handle business in the Miami area. The operator is wearing high end ear protection while the rest of the city gets deafened by the god awful sounds their trucks make. We were sitting at a restaurant eating brunch with my service dog when the truck pulled up and eventually had to move inside because it continued for over an hour. We recorded videos and reported it to the city.

I should have first called the company to check if they are still at the listed location. Turns out they have moved but after I called them the manager said that they have repeatedly tried to change the listing without success. Anyway I ended up arranging to have the shredding truck come to my home and the process could not have been more efficient and successful. They came to my house and shredded years of paper quickly. Driver was awesome! I didn't have to carry any of the boxes that were in my garage. He did all the lifting. 05/16/2025 - Update: I used their services years ago at my home. I was recently cleaning out old files and wanted them out of my house quick. I dropped off my boxes at their warehouse. The lady at the office was very polite and she helped me take out the heavy boxes from my car. Just an FYI, this company is reasonably priced.
